Johnson Gas Appliance & Mendota Hearth They sent me a damaged fireplace and told me I have to pay to have it repaired. cedar rapids iowa
The sent me a fireplace that arrived damaged. Their customer support said it's not covered under warranty and I have to pay their franchisee to repair it after covid is over. Ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
