Not Fair!

I Hired Alan To Fix And Repair My Laptop!

He charged ME 80 Reals and said that if he could Not Fix It then he would give ME my money back!

Well, that Never Happened!

I left the laptop with him for 24 hours at least and then the next day he tells ME that he does NOT have the parts and has to order them from China which would take weeks!

He knew that I have to leave Rio De Janeiro, Brasil on Friday, February 23rd, 2024 back to Argentina and obviously can Not Wait Any Longer To Have It Fixed!

The Right Thing For Him To Do Would Be To Refund My Money, but instead he kept it and thought that he did his Job!

Not True!

The Only Thing That He Did For ME was Refer ME to another company who Did Fix It Successfully!

It Is Sad That He Is Supposed To Be A Professional Computer Technician and was NOT capable of fixing it!

Never Again! Lesson Learned!

In My Country He Could Get Sued For Taking Somebody's Money And Not Providing The Full Service that he was required to provide back on Monday, February 19th, 2024.

¡No es justo!

¡Contraté a Alan para arreglar y reparar mi computadora portátil!

Me cobró 80 reales y dijo que si no podía arreglarlo, ¡me devolvería mi dinero!

Bueno, ¡eso nunca sucedió!

Le dejé la computadora portátil durante al menos 24 horas y luego, al día siguiente, me dice que NO tiene las piezas y que tiene que pedirlas a China, ¡lo que llevaría semanas!

¡Él sabía que tengo que salir de Río de Janeiro, Brasil el viernes 23 de febrero de 2024 de regreso a Argentina y obviamente no puedo esperar más para que lo arreglen!

Lo correcto para él sería devolverme el dinero, pero en lugar de eso se lo quedó y pensó que había hecho su trabajo.

¡No es verdad!

¡Lo único que hizo por mí fue referirme a otra compañía que lo arregló con éxito!

¡Es triste que se supone que es un técnico informático profesional y NO fue capaz de arreglarlo!

¡Nunca más! ¡Lección aprendida!

No meu país, ele poderia ser processado por pegar o dinheiro de alguém e não prestar o serviço completo que ele era obrigado a fornecer na segunda-feira, 19 de fevereiro de 2024.
