For the past two years, I've used CEX.io crypto without any problems. AML/KYC was put on my account on March 28th. That's all right. I can see the rationale for performing these checks. An hour after receiving the proofs, I was able to respond to them. Additionally, I ran around three times because my account had been frozen and I couldn't access my funds on April 2nd.

For some reason, I was unable to post on CEX's Facebook page after my thoughtful comment was removed. What a wonderful experience for the customer! A phone number listed on this site indicates that it is no longer operational. To make things right, I'd like to get my money back.
