ishop for ipsos Mystery shopping company did NOT pay me for a complete assignment. Toronto Ontario
I successfully completed a mystery shopping assignment as per the instructions and the company will NOT pay me. They are using the excuse that they need to "investigate" it because the organization that was being mystery shopped did not respond to me. I guess that is their way of telling me that they don't believe me?
That is a complete scam, I did the work and complete the questionaire in an honest and ethical manner. They need to pay me as per our agreement!
It is completely out of my control whether the company being mystery shopped repsonds to me or not. I should NOT get penailzed for that. This is unethical for a company that is in the business of critiquing other businesses for their customer serivce or lack thereof. They need to take a look in the mirror and fix their own customer service issues before expecting to be in the business of doing that for other organizations.
Warning to other mystery shoppers and business that want to utilized the mystery shopping experience, stay very far away from Ishop for Ipsos! They don't know what they are doing!
