They have stolen multiple laptops. Look their company name up anywhere and you can see all of the fake good reviews that Mike has made to offset the real ones. He and J have locked people in their establishment, threatened them, and have kept lots of property that isn’t their own. The police have been called multiple times, but Mike is a genuine con man. Please don’t bring your computer here. Anywhere besides this place. You won’t get it back. Or you will get property back that isn’t even your own.

To Whom it May Concern / Potential Customers / Interested Parties:

My name is Mike Lierman, official representative for Invise Solutions. Put simply, nothing in this Ripoff Report is true, and I would like to take a second to defend my position.

I appreciate the right to freedom of speech, freedom of online comment, and freedom to report experiences and interactions with businesses. I've sure written a few reports on other mediums, in addition to the occasional 1-star reviews detailing my experiences with dishonest businesses. With that said, I want to point out a few problems I have with this report,

  1. This report posted on RR follows on the heals of other harassing content, and all of which occurred during the month of November 2019,
    1. Many Facebook messages from fake Facebook profiles threatening to "slaughter my family."
    2. Fake Facebook events created referencing my business address and home address.
    3. 28 fake 1-star reviews posted on Google Local, of which contained lots of funny stories about chimps, which were ultimately removed by Google.
  2. Report Report is strictly a public medium to post. Anyone anywhere can post anything about any person or company. Fake reports and slander can be posted about large companies, celeberties, and even dead people. While there is definitely value in zero validation or censorship, it's concern when the medium itself can be used as a vehicle for harrassement and abuse; such is the case that is happening to Invise Solutions.
    1. If you check this page here, RR specifically states that the hundreds of thousands of comments and reports they receive can't possibly, and in their opinion shouldn't be, validated. With millions of comments and reports, you the reader, are then left up to your own to determine whether what is posted is true or accurate. Your neighbor could post something about you, and there isn't a dang thing you can do about it. It's here to stay, forever.
    2. "we are not in a position to judge the credibility and truthfulness of the 600,000+ reports and the many millions of other comments posted on our site. [...] all material posted on the Ripoff Report is created entirely by third party users of our site, not by us (this includes reports AND their titles). Because our reports come from users, we are not in a position to know what is accurate and what isn't. Of course, when people contact us to dispute the accuracy of something on our site, we have no way of knowing who they are or whether they are telling the truth."
  3. It is an absurd claim to make that people "get locked in their establishment." This is simply not possible, and if it was, and if this did happen, this would not only be in violation of fire code, by would be a criminal offense. The way locks work are simple, prevent people from the outside coming in. The people on the inside can freely use the handles and lock mechanisms to turn the lock and open the door. That being said, no customer would ever be locked in our office unattended. Employees are the last ones to leave, and the doors are locked behind them only once the building is empty.
  4. If the police have been called so many times on us, which they haven't, but if there were to have, a decision must be made, A) A crime was not committed. B) A crime was committed. If there is reasonable suspicion of a crime being committed, they take appropriate action. Again in this situation, police take action or they don't. Obviously no action has been taken, so thus no fault was determined against my company. This claim makes no sense. I will reiterate that my company does not violate laws, we haven't been charged with any criminal cases, and nor do we intend for any of this to happen. We are an honest company.
  5. In the event of upset or irate customers, we first attempt to disfuse the situation and resolve the concerns. If that doesn't work, more often than not we end up providing a full refund and apology, and move on.

I will close with a simple offer to the public, and anyone that may come across my public response, before you believe something negative written about me or my company, pick up the phone and talk to us, check out our website, and Social Media pages. In the coming months, and quite possibly by the time you read this, we will have massive amounts of free content online.

That, my friends, is not the image of a company that wants to steal your stuff. A company that is dishonest will not take the time to write a well thought out response to an online review, they won't take the time to talk to you about concerns, nor would they ever give away things for free.

Sincerely, Invise Solutions
