Complaint Review: Imani Almilyardir Co - Pullyaup Washington

 Hello, Good morning ! I would like to say first and foremost that this has been a detrimental experience from this costumer. I am a new up and coming business, that grew successfully over a short period of time. My company started in June, but did not start receiving massive traffic until late September during a great sale.

In which was a very great accomplishment for me. Dejonna Rakoksy, was indeed a supporter and has already recieved eyelashes from my company on her first order. Which was October 15,2018 for a total of 8.00. Which were (2) Alimya & (2) pairs of Aziza lashes. In which she never stated she had a problem with her first order. Now, she waited on her second order. Which was made November 23, 2018 for a total of 5.00 which was a Lash & Guess order.

In which I was backed up on. Which happens with growing businesses. She again had no issue, until a couple weeks ago. She has started a Scammed by Imani Almilyardir Co. page on Facebook, which caused many people who had no problem waiting for their remaining orders to get a refund. Which isn’t a problem for me because I would never withhold money from my costumers. I do not have a CFO, or any other business partners regarding my company.

So bringing family members personal records into this situation wasn’t a good idea. They aren’t on any paperwork regarding my business, and have never been on my payroll at all. Dejonna, has asked people to complain with the state of Washington, has messaged my mother, costumers, and has said some very distasteful things. As well as again, putting peoples business out that has nothing to do with my company.

She herself has a record, so I wouldn’t see the point in her saying and posting as well as contacting my phone and other regarding this. She has also been refunded for her order as well. So it was pretty shocking to me, that this would be taken to this extent. When I made it a priority to tell every dissatisfied costumer to get a refund, at anytime.

All of my costumers pay through Selz Pay & PayPal which is a creditable and protected way for them to always get their money back. She could have easily filed a dispute, like others and purchased again when I wasn’t backed up. It’s really hurting to see how far someone would go to tear you down, when you are very responsive and understanding to people’s critism and views.

I have proof of her business Facebook page, that got my official page and business page reported because of these actions. Which caused my accounts to keep getting disabled, which is hard when you want to contact the people regarding what’s going on. Especially while revamping your site. I have recieved threats, accusations, filed complaints, and a overall hard time and loss in sales because of this matter.

Additional information to post: - Her case complaint being closed. - Her being refunded through PayPal from this matter - Facebook messages she has sent to my mother, showing her legal history. When she is not the CFO of my business, and never has been. - Her showing legal information to someone close to me. - Her messaging my business phone number with, a video of me calling the number back after being blocked, and to see the voicemail says Dejonna.

- Her messaging my Instagram business account being very vulgar. - Her signing the Facebook business page, telling everyone to get refunds etc. the list goes on. - Proof of my accounts being disabled. I have not blocked her or anyone else. - My business page is still running and it’s the same as well as my Instagram. If anyone would like any additional information at anytime from me.
