Hutchison Pool Repair & Service big scam Pinehurst TexasPinehurst
My husband and I recently purchased a home with a pool that needed some work done to it. I contacted this company in hopes that we would be able to get our pool in working order so we could enjoy it in the summertime. This was my BIGGEST mistake to start off with.
When I contacted them and the owner came out, he seemed to be very confident that he could fix our pool quick and easy. Once it came time to start the job, the workers showed up did not have all the proper equipment and didn't know much about the job that they were supposed to be doing. My husband tried getting in touch with Doug the owner but was unable to do so because he was told he was busy and could leave a message they would give him.
After multiple attempts and messages left after 3 days he returned the call and said he would be coming out to look at was going on. When my husband expressed how upset and concerned about how things were going, the man in turn became outraged and started screaming and cussing at him. Needless to say it was a huge mess, waste of time, and we were left unhappy.
