We have the "No Ads" plan and we almost always get ads, they randomly store shows we never requested so are constantly needing to free up those shows so there is room for shows we want, and all apps are glitchy, constantly.
I called customer service to complain about this and they apologized, said they were aware of the situation, would be resolved soon (as of today still not resolved) and offered me a $25 inconvenience credit. I never received the credit and instead was double billed immediately following my contact and subsequent bills were increased by an additional $5 per month.
This is definitely the worst streaming service I have experienced and their support is absolutely awful, especially for the amount of money we are paying per month.
