WELL LET'S START FROM THE BEGINNING WHEN I ORDERED THE SERVICE I TOLD THEIR REPRESENTATIVE HOW MANY DEVICES WE HAD IN THE HOUSE. THE USE OF EACH OF THOSE DEVICES AND HOW OFTEN EACH DEVICE WAS USED. THE REP NEVER TOLD ME THAT THE CONNECTION WAS METERED!
WHO DOES THAT ANY MORE! NO ONE ELSE DOES! BUT I HAD TWO KIDS IN SCHOOL AND I NEEDED INTERNET. THEN WITH 11 DAYS LEFT IN THE MONTH, WE HAD RAN OUT OF INTERNET! AND THEY OFFERED NO SOLUTIONS. DO NOT USE HUGHES NET IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM ALREADY!! United States
