I ordered 2 puzzles from Hoolty.com and after 3+ weeks got the wrong 2 delivered.  I asked them, nicely, in 3-4 emails but the best they would offer was $5 off a replacement order.  Original price was $60!  Now it's been 1 month since the issue was sent from the contact to the customer complaint department and no response.  My credit card company would not agree with my dispute of the charge so I'm stuck with the bill and 2 unwanted puzzles.
