NOT HONORABLE JUDGE WALLACE BATEMAN? April 8, 2016. 12(b)(6) Motions to Dismiss granted by Judge Wallace Bateman. John Waltman, a former district judge, pleaded guilty to conspiracy under the Hobbs Act Extortion Under Color of Official Right and is now in jail.

Before his incarceration, however, we contend that he was also employed by County Builders on the side. Unconstitutional. August 8, 2018. Carol Drioil, formerly of zoning, also took part in the actions, working side by side with John Waltman, then-district judge.

She had control of the zoning office at the time. The proof of her involvement is shown in that the only visits regarding Spot-Zoning in Feasterville were after August 8, 2018. Francis X. Dillon of Begley, Carlin, & Mandio, LLP Solicitor for Lower Southampton Township, had already stated that the municipal planning code was not followed, and it can be argued that Michael C. Meister of County Builders was running Lower Southampton Township zoning, as I see it.

Why would Judge Wallace Bateman stand his ground, when it’s clearly stated in case law that "When it is clearly established that a federal law preempts a state law, the state law must be declared invalid”? "Federal taking claims also cannot ripen if a final decision has been reached.

The federal court cannot determine if there has been a taking if it cannot determine what use can be made of the property”. A final decision would have had to be after November 9, 2016 but was actually made on April 12, 2017.

Dates Electronically generated are in Public Records. Apparently, both Michael C. Meister of County Builders and Carol Drioil, formerly of zoning, had close ties with officials and Judges, all of whom were working in the same party system.

Carol Drioil’s illegal use of her office was missed when federal law enforcement chose not to investigate the failed documents, made for THE GALMAN GROUP, now in use by County Builders as stated by John A. Vanluvanee, Esq. of Eastburn Gray, Doylestown in the Public Records.

John A. Vanluvanee, Esq. employed by County Builders working with solicitor, Michael Savona. I now believe that a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas was working with a district judge, and due to this, was not impartial in upholding the municipal planning code and identifying unconstitutional actions.

Electronically generated evidence that appears in civil litigation in the case #19-1429, New Federal Rules of Evidence 902(13) and 902(14) as of Friday, December 1, 2017, Please Read John Waltman, a former district judge.
