Big blond woman is the rudest. She wouldn't come out from behind the door at front desk. I stood there at least 25 min. Thurs. evening Sept. 8. About 6,30PM. Finally got to room and it was filthy. Bathroom floor was dirty. We saw a few c**k roaches run across the floor. The tub had dirt in it.
A couple of towels were used previously and not washed. It was gross. I tried calling down to the front desk and she never answered. I called and called and called for half an hour and finally i went down and no one was at front desk again. there weren't any customers and she wasn't on the phone. She claims she is the manager. She doesn't realize that when you are a manager you need to manage.
And they are so incompetent.
She was hiding out back again. She finally came out and was unruly and rude. She told me if i didn't like it then to get out or she would call the police. Skip this place and go to the one next to it the microtel , it is half the price, there is someone at the front desk at all times and very nice and he answers the phone.
