I purchased Heartech CIC in ear hearing aid on Friday September the 27, 2019 for $249.00 with a satisfaction guaranteed 45 day "from date of purchase" return policy. I was told i would receive them in a week, they sent a tracking number but It did not work and it took closer to 3 weeks to receive them.
When i receved them i tried them numerous times and found them not usable, way to big for my ear canal, I ended up with a horrible ear infection trying to make them work. I filed a return request and my request was "Rejected".
They said to send a new request with pictures of the Product, proof of Purchase and a video of why I wanted to return them. I Took photo's, made a pdf of my order and made a video explaining the hearing aids were too large for my ear canal, proceeded into the website to fill out a new request and was told my order was not valid and I could not file a claim without a valid order.
So I called the helpline number and was disconnected several times, i tried again and got a message machine, i left a message but no response. I also sent several e'mails but no response. I do not believe they return anybodys money ever.
