On July 2, I purchased a vacuum from Haveda Store online for $179. They charged my credit card but as of today (7-26) I have not received it, and they have avoided my efforts to contact them about it.
They have not responded to various attempts. I've sent emails, messaged them from their website and tried calling (the line is busy 24/7!). I want a refund of the $179 they took from my credit card.

Placed an order online on 9/11/19 - tried cancelling just a very few hours later and the merchant has not responded to any emails. Phone number seems to be bogus as well. I started a dispute of the transaction with my credit card company. Then they sent me the product through Lowe's, together with some ant poison.
I sent all back and am continuing with my dispute with the credit card company. This store is bogus. Probably operating from China. The mail is undeliverable and there are also complaints on BBB website. Now, if you google the store, it does not exist anymore.
But what I found out is that they changed their store name from HAVEDY STORE to TABINO STORE. https://tabinostore.com/ - BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS! I have reported them to BBB as scammers as well.

Same thing happened to me - Nest Thermostat for $169 .. never came !!
Order ##127844.
Won't asnwer any calls or emails about it .. totally scammed
