HarborFreight.com They refused to refund me my $300 shipping/handling fee 20 minutes after i made the order due to the order was already being filled
20 minutes after ordering $2,700 dollars worth of tools a family emergency suddenly popped up and when I tried to cancel the order they said that they started processing my order already so the $300 shipping/handling fee is non refundable.
