we started our project in SEPTEMBER 2019. It is now March 2020! They gave me a "guaranteed completion date" and literally had every excuse in the book at this point as to why we are MONTHS past this date. they are supposed to pay $100 per day that the project is extended. it is clear now that is lie just to get you to sign and then put you thru the ringer for months.
I have a coworker that also started working with them. her project was financed and they maxed out her approved loan before the project even started. jesse coody assured her what a smooth process they have and she had nothing to worry about. LIE. how the heck can you take all the funding at once and then not have enough to have materials on site?? where did the money go. they are evil. stay far far away.

Attention Reader: This is a disgruntled ex-employee. Ripoff Report is the only online review platform that allows (and encourages) anonymous postings. Absolutely shameful that an individual’s reputation and name can be slandered with no ability to resolve or remove. We do not have a single project that has been in active construction since September, let alone October, and we have several large renovation projects. We take Customer Service very seriously. We also do not - nor have we ever - requested funding from finance in full prior to starting. However, we do submit progress payment draws as work is completed.
