GW Security Shoppingcctv ZERO tech support South el monte CA
STAY AWAY ! ZERO customer suppport. Well, it's been almost 2 months, and they still haven't been able to talk to anyone about the problems their "security" system has. In order to get tech support you - fill out and online form, send it in, then THEY are supposed to call you within 24-48 hours. SO here we are 2 months in , numerous online forms filled out, numerous phone calls ( they direct you to fill out the online form) and STILL doesn't work. And they want a $320 "restocking fee" to take their crap back.
They go by shoppingcctv on ebay, and somehow get ALL negative reviews deleted.
RUN AWAY from this scam business
