GrubHub Lied about food delivery
I ordered from GrubHub and received all the appropriate feedback until their website said my order was delivered. This was a lie. I never got my food. I called the restaurant and was told that they never received the order. I contacted GrubHub and learned that they don't deliver from that restaurant. No explanation why it's listed on their order site or why I got the delivery feedback and statement of delivery.
GrubHub charged my credit card, so they will post a refund. I want Grubhub to offer a guarantee of delivery or double your money back instead of "Maybe you will get your food, maybe you won't. We don't care and will refund your money if we fail to do our job".
