I purchased a Groupon for a massage therapy session for $44 on March 27th. I attempted on numerous occasions to contact the massage therapist, and received no response. I filed a complaint with Groupon and they told me I had to wait a week after my last contact with the massage therapist.
Now I believe they are not issuing me a refund for services never rendered. I wish for a refund, and I will never use Groupon again.
