I received email with free sample for only shipping charges. I was billed $6.95 twice for billing, but only received on product. The following 2months each I was charged automatically $$89.82 without receiving any product. Green Light (Outlet, Store, Muscle) all 3 supposed subsidiaries have different phone numbers listed on the credit card bill, different websites, different email addresses and yet still more phone numbers listed on the websites: greenlightoutletstore.com, site gives a Sheridan, WY address. Your https://www.greenlightmuscle.com is non-functional, as are 3 phone numbers listed on websites.
I was told by unknown supervisor I did not cancel within 14 days and was automatically subscribed, yet I never received anything else after they deducted monthly subscription costs. I was promised 50% refund on four charges, but only received them on 3 charges though I received no product for the subscription price.
The promised $23 refund has not arrived, but I desire a full 100% refund of $206.
