glassesith.com Refused to refund money for order that was never delivered. Wilmington Delaware
I ordered a pair of reading glasses on December 27. On February 20 the tracking indicated the package made it to New Jersey but could not go any further because the delivery address was missing. The automated phone system doesn't recognize the foreign shipping tracking number so I was unable to intercept the package. Glassesith.com refuses to refund my money because the package can't be returned to them either. For weeks they have offered to send me another pair if I pay the shipping but I refuse to send them any more money. They finally agreed to refund my money minus the shipping fee. I agreed to accept that but then they sent nonsense emails saying I needed to send pictures. Of what???? For what???? This business is a scam. They take your money and keep it. Plain and simple. Don't order anything from them.
