My sister bought a 2017 Ford Focus. Since purchase, she has fixed the following:

7/2017: Reverse Display issues, Trunk on the driver's side door

9/2017: The issue with the trunk was never fixed even though they advised her it was

4/2018: Issue with gear selector had to be fixed

8/2018: Transmission was slipping, removed the transmission and fixed issues

8/2019: Another issue with Transmission

1/2020: Another issue with Transmission

8/2020: Another issue with the Transmission and clutch

Per the customer service consultant and the salesperson, the transmission issues are known on this car and said she could go look at new cars (they just wanted to take more of her money)

There is no reason a brand new car should need two new transmissions. The fact that this car has been in and out of the garage over the past 2 years is an ISSUE! I believe they took advantage of her and now will not help her with the issues that were KNOWN with this car.

Shame on you Gjovik for selling cars that you apparently "know" these issues exist (hence class-action lawsuit for the 2014-2016 models) on and don't advise the person purchasing the car.

Obviously, the previous model issues were not addressed or my sister wouldn't be in this issue if the sales clerk would have advised her of the past issues with this car.
