Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I signed up for the services August 11, 2022, and was told that the book would be completed in late November or early part of December.  Now it is March and the book is still not completed, but the company keep ask me for money for an incomplete book.  A few weeks had past and no follow-up from the company; therefore, I contacted the company, who sent me a draft of the writing, in which there was an enormous amount of grammatical errors. A few weeks went by and not follow-up, I contacted the company who informed me that my project manager is Adrian Smith; I worked with him for a few weeks until he left the company.  Adrian indicated that I needed more illustrations, and that would cost me $700, I paid it, but of course, the book is still not completed.  A few more weeks when by, and I contacted the company who told me that Mark Williams is my project manager, he promise me that we would get the work done.  As of today no completed book. I received chapters 1-15, but with an enormous amount grammatical errors.  I have received almost 30 revision with the same errors, and we are still going through this process. Jacob Wilson indicated that I need a ISBN number along with paying for publication that would cost me $800, I told them that I will not be paying that, because the book is not completed, I indicated that I need a complete book to review before I register for copyrighting and a ISBN number. I have become frustrated, as I continuously received revision, after I have reviewed and edited with the same grammatical errors. I received a call on 03/03/2023 that I need to get an ISBN number, I indicated to Jacob Wilson for the 100 time that I will not be registering for an ISBN number until the book is fully completed, especially when I continuously received revision with grammatical errors. He indicated that they will start working on the book, I told fine, but I need my money back.  When they do reach out to me, they're always asking me to go ahead and pay for the copyrighting and the ISBN number, but the book is not completed.  I have file a report with the Better Business Bureau and with the New York state Attorney General's office.
