genovate, aka genetrace laboratories, is a made up internet laboratory that sells fake dna kits via amazon. most people who order one of their products never receive a result. do not waste your money on this internet scam
this is how their scam works....
- you buy one of their products via amazon or on their website....
- they mail the product to the mailing address you provide....
- they include a prepaid return envelope without tracking.....
- when you send it back, it never arrives because they provided a fake address with no tracking to begin with
- when you call, they lie about whats going on and never give you what you paid for.
complete scam all the way around. their facebook, twitter, instagram, and youtube all have less than 150 likes/followers. for someone claiming to represent a dna testing facility that is extremely low. they been in business since last year and already have overwhelmingly bad reviews from most of their customers.
they claim to give results in 1-2 business days but i've waited for 4 months for my test results and still havent received them. some people waited for 8 months and still no results.
if you still question if they are legit or not, look up their address on Google Maps, Google Earth, etc. (thats provided by them on their prepaid return envelopes)
