Four out of five receipts have errors that REQUIRE you to return and wait in line 15 minutes or longer.  BE CAREFUL when you shop here. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of choice when it comes to grocery in Klamath Falls otherwise I'd walk out never to return.  Kroger commits fraud on its customers, and doesn't blink an eye.  I certainly after today will keep my visits at a bare minimum only buying the rock bottom sale prices, never ever deviating buying anything else in the store, so then it's me who will come out on top.

Today I was FORCED to wait in line 20 minutes to get a refund from previous visit, then I went shopping.  I've wised up and this was the first time I checked the receipt BEFORE leaving the store, and sure enough another error. Yep back to customer service where they notoriously have ONE person behind the desk with five or more customers waiting. So folks today I was FORCED to wait a total of 35 minutes.  MY time robbed, but no apology.  You know what customer service said when i said I don't know if I'll shop here anymore?  "Okay". 

Kroger your customer service team act like they got their training from a cracker jack box.  They don't give a rat's behind how much time they waste of yours, there's the door.  Kroger I wish you would stop stealing from your customers.  It's funny I don't recall my receipt EVER having an error in my favor, it's always money the store gets to keep UNLESS I'm willing to stand in line.

To everyone out there, Kroger steals from their customers.  Watch your receipt. I bought two identical items. One rung up $2 more.  How many people even look at a receipt, and those that do if they spot an error, how many are willing to waste 35 minutes of their day to get THEIR money back?

About two months ago tomatoes were on the receipt, and you guessed it, I NEVER bought tomatoes. I used self check out, so it wasn't cashier error.  I truly saw with my own eyes a charge that wasn't mine added on.  Does anyone else have concern about what I'm writing?

The attorney general desperately needs to investigate this chain. I will never again walk out of that store without checking the receipt, and for every minute Kroger wastes of mine, I promise to tell just as many people, Kroger steals from customers. Oh yes, Simple Truth? Simple lies Kroger, you know good and well some of those ST products come from China. Kroger you steal from customers and you lie too. Simple Lie products cannot be trusted. Please don’t be duped by their lies, and please check your receipt every single time you shop there otherwise you too can become Kroger’s next victim.

I uploaded two produce coupons, then once again they did NOT apply to my account. Cashier said oh well too bad, you suck for being upset about it.  Fred Meyer I'm so sick of your arrogant employees who refuse to help you when YOUR fake rewards card does not work.  You steal purposely.  I will never ever ever go back into your store again.  I cannot believe others are not speaking up.  Where is the class action lawsuit Kroger deserves.
