fotor.com offers a "free" 3 day trial of their graphic software. I signed up 10/31, it didn't meet my expectations or needs so I cancelled via email 11/01. (EVERY other trial subsc. I've had accepts email cancellations) On 11/4 I get a bill! I immediately emailed them that I had cancelled. They said I didn't and too bad we don't refund, against their policy!!! I even sent them the email showing I cancelled.
They said I had to cancel in the account. (no instructions for cancellation in their welcome email, only that you would automatically be charged after 3 days). I go on the account and it's already cancelled ---so WTF is my money??? And the dates on the account were crazy --- 3/22/20 ????? HUGE RIP OFF. So I have left all this info for others to see on their FB page, am leaving negative reviews everywhere and contacting the fraud dept. at my bank.
