Ordered flowers for a funeral and they delivered the wrong flowers. Called customer service and they promiced the correct flowers would be delivered that day and got nothing. Kept calling back for a resolution to the problem but customer no service was no help.
A few times they hung up on me, and the other times they kept making promices and did not fulfill the promices of delivering the correct flowers. This is very stressful as we are trying to honor and remember a family member and instead having to deal with this nonsense. I will never use 1800flowers ever again.
