Fetch Fetch package I have lost several packages because they delivered to the wrong place. Items that I got for one time price and I cannot get for that price anymore. They have gave me the "money back”. But I lost the items that I can never get for that price I purchased. They don’t do anything on their end for customer service. Orlando Florida
Fetch Fetch package I have lost several packages because they delivered to the wrong place. Items that I got for one time price and I cannot get for that price anymore. They have gave me the "money back”. But I lost the items that I can never get for that price I purchased. They don’t do anything on their end for customer service. Recently they delivered another item to a different address, I lost another item. They said they were going to reimburse me, they asked for the receipt I sent it and they said I was lying about the receipt. It’s the only item got delivered wrong and they said they did delivered to me. It’s been 5 days since the incident and they are in no rush to reimburse me or do something to cover their ineptitude, they hired anyone to deliver packages with no training whatsoever and they are not responsible for lost items, really? I only use this awful company because the complex I live in mandates it.Do not ever ever do delivery with this company. They are the worst. Zero customer service, zero accountability zero responsibility and zero proffesionalism. Orlando Florida
