Fauese Fuimaono Rent unpaid and destroyed the unit Penrith / Kingswood area NSW

Fauese was unresponsive to all contacts & once finally forced out by court order, owed 3 months rent plus
- trashed the unit,
- had kicked in the front security door;
- destroyed the oven / stove;
- left garbage throughout the unit;
- broken the bathroom vanity mirror
- put several holes in internal doors
- not reported water leaks that needed to be attended to for such a period that the kitchen benchtop was destroyed & the bath enamel had been worn through.
- there was literally grease runs down all the kitchen cupboards & walls
It was so dirty it was severely infested with cockroaches.
