They claim to be a full service company that will assist you in the purchase of a "Route" business, namely the FedEx route system.
They put up listings of routes for sale with very attractive financials numbers. When you call to inquire the route is ALWAYS in contract and has been for many week. But the listing appeared only a day or two ago. And they ALWAYS have ANOTHER route to show you, but the financial data is completely less than the listing they showed.
BAIT AND SWITCH - is their ONLY business model. I have been calling this company for two years, interested in routes for sale and it is ALWAYS the same story.
I will fill out NDA forms 10 times because every employee is unaware what another employee is doing with that client. Information is mismanaged. No one replies to emails or answers their phone.
EVERYONE at this company is ready to talk about ANOTHER route. But the one you are calling about that was advertised is NEVER available.
How is this company allowed to operate? Bait and switch is 100% illegal and there are statutes and legal precedence showing how illegal it is. And yet, this company continue to operate, unemcumbered by violations or fines or law suits by any federal authority.

Thanks SP or I guess you like to be called "KURT” for taking the time to share your complete Bogus review. Granted the response time was slow since our Industry has now garnered a great amount of Interest. I have to say that we have been working diligently on a process to ensure a timely response to the surge in Interest in the FedEx Contractor business. As for BAIT and SWITCH the one thing we have no Shortage is Buyers so why would we even travel down that road. If you know some people wanting to sell that would be awesome (we cannot Find enough).
We give a referral fee in NON-Licensed States (We must work within the Boundaries of the Law) which is something we pride ourselves in doing and I am sure you being an attorney would advise your clients to do. Just to give some insight since I can say something uninterrupted unlike having to hear your screaming arrogant voice with, I need to spend my 1million dollars, we try to hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, though not perfect in our process we try to improve upon it daily !!! As a finishing note , we harbor no ill feelings , we would be happy to work with you in the Future , just take a couple of deep Breaths before the call , we are actually some very nice helpful people ! Finally as part of a good process we keep a file all Buyers names and Alert them of New opportunities as soon as they come to market (would not call it BAIT and SWITCH, I would call it Good Business Practice) Regards BOB (Just Kidding ) Alan Callaghan (My Real Name)
