I purchase a radio for my car. Radio was defective out of the box. I tried calling them, they were out the last four day due to national China day. So I called them today, they are closed due to weekend. I have written them at least 15 emails in past week.

Not sure is they are that stupid or do not understand the English language. I have tested the unit inside my house with a 12 Volt DC power supply. Power is good to the unit and all fuses are good. So the respond to me telling my the wiring harness is bad and they will send me a new one.

I am getting the power to the unit and unit does not power on, how could the wiring harness be the issue? It seems as if they don’t even read their own emails because something they suggest now was the same thing you tried last week and it didn’t work.worse worse worse customer care. Stay away from Eonon, save your self the headache and the money.
