Since this company took over on my lifeline cell phone account in mid-2019, I've had many problems with them. 

The main problem is that almost monthly, their server or Verizon or something can't handle all the renewal of minutes. The phone gets shut off, and instead of reaching whom I'm trying to reach answering, I get a recorded 'please hold while we connect you with a customer service representative'.  I then am told my account's minutes are '0'.  Try getting someone from customer service and you could wait up to 1 to 1-1/2  hours.  Their 'top up' directory of locations is very poorly updated.   After 3-5 days, they get the phone service restored and explain what happened and why, then apologize.  They don't seem to concerned about SOLVING this problem long term. 

I even went to the Michigan State AG Office,  and the written response to my major complaint was to EXPLAIN what happened and why.  This was well over a year ago.  This is their M.O. - explain what happened and why, apologize, but then let the same problems continue. 

This has happened again 2 days ago, and even last month. How do they stay in business?  Possibly because Obamaphone callers aren't high priority.  This is easily the worst phone service provider, both landline and wireless I've dealt with since I started in1977.  They're in over their heads.
