I started renting through this property management company Septmeber of last year. They charged me an extra $200.00 deposit claiming that it was because my credit score was low, it was not. Made multiple requests for maintenance they either never showed up or did not fix the problem.

Recently my air conditioner was not running properly I called maintenance and they sent someone out, all he did was spray water into my outside unit and rechange a filter that I had alreadey changed and Ellis charged me $187.00 for the service. My AC still was not running properly and it was over 100 degrees outside. I mailed in my rent it was postmarked before the due date and they recieved it on the day it was due but since they did not check their mail they charged me a $100.00 late fee.

The property manager are rude and everything has fallen apart at this house. Properties are run down, wires were cut to the garage door and it took them months to come out and fix it. Since the garage is in a circle drive in the back of the house and there is no parking in the front I was forced to leave my garage open putting my belongings at risk.
