In April, I purchased a recliner. The recliner was missing a power cord. Kara told us to come back the next week to get the recliner and she would have the cord by then. When I called to come and get the chair, she would give me a time to come in. The store was either closed or she was not there.
This happened numerous times. Finally, one of her employees saw me coming back repeatedly and offered to deliver the recliner. He never came when he said he would and now Kara does not answer e-mails or phone calls. She has my money and the recliner.
