I signed up for the six-month subscription. Within 72 hours I changed my mind and decided to cancel. I discovered they only have a cancellation policy for consumers in 7 states: I could not cancel. So I continued the subscription. There is no phone number to call for customer service: and you can only contact customer support via email.
I started having problems with the website and the platform. It requires two-factor authentication - the platform and app have bugs and won't let me login. So I can't use the account and I cannot cancel. They won't help me. I have used the platform for 4.5 months:
* I cannot login to my account
* I cannot access my account
* There is no phone number to call for support
* Support is only available via email and it sucks
* Most users of the platform are outside a 30-45 mile radius of my location
* I have not met anyone through the platform
In short, this platform is a rip-off and a waste of time. Avoid it at all costs.
