 This client is a professional extortionist. Before posting this fake review, after the work has already been completed and a deal por on the table by the prosecutor, he tried to threaten me with a bar complaint, if I failed to oblige. Since I did not comply, he posted this fake review. This is a very dangerous person, and should be avoided. I regret having put work into his case and hiding him as a client.. We went to two court appearances. In December and January. He had a couple charges in Oldham County. On February 6, we talked on the phone, at which point I tried to calmly explain to him that we will get both charges dismissed if he takes an amended charge. Great deal. He adamantly refused. I tried to convince him, but he would refuse to listen. He even hung up on me when I was being persistent that he is making a big mistake which could cost him his career.

8 months after our phone conversation, and you utilizing the services of the public defender, he took THE EXACT DEAL THAT WE GOT HIM in February. So we went to court, and did the work and got him the deal. So this new lawyer you had to hire got you the DEAL THAT WE ALREADY PUT ON THE Table 8 months prior. Zero changes. Therefore, we have done the work, went to court, negotiated on client's behalf and got him the deal he ended up taking last October, thus earning our fee.

I understand that may have been frustrating, but because his new lawyer did not accomplish anything new that we didn't already get done got him nothing as the new lawyer took the exact same deal we already had on the table 8 months later. So he tried to extort me last week, claiming he will go to the bar association of I don't give him a full refund of a fee which we got earned.

After I refused, he posted this. Hoping may be now I will give in to his extortion tactics because he knows, with 100% certainty, he will lose if he goes to the bar. Dangerous person and should be avoided at all costs.

Larry foreman never show up to court on my behalf court records reflect this facts. he sent student on the first hearing for which case reschedule the whole thing takes 5 minute no negotiation of any kind was conducted. Now this clown trying to take credit for work that was done by public defender office. Shame on him.this is why people shouldn't hire this guy never in their life. for one he is incompetent and liar. I asked him to return the money which she have done nothing to earn. He refused to return . I file a complaint with the bar association and I will continue to leave a review on every public forms by doing this to help other victims that they to can file complaint with the Kentucky bar association and the rest of the world can be aware . of course he doesn't like this so he threatening me .
