He was a total ripoff and did nothing to bring down the Google reviews. Repeated calls would not be answered, He would not return my calls or emails that I sent, requesting a refund or offer any information as to what was happening. I felt I knew it was too good to be true, but had too try anyways as the fake reviews on my site were causing my Google score to drop. I started digging around, and I discovered that David Topping has a history as a Crook and Scam Artist and has a criminal record, including a stint in prison for securities fraud. Dtopp scammed me out of $2850,and now there are a lot of people coming forward saying that Dtop is a scam.
Don't give them any money, David Topping is a crook and he will just steal your money.

I figred for $150 and a money back guarantee, where's the risk?
I forgot to consider how many people sign up for these things and forget about them. I put the 90 day mark in my account, at no point in those 90 days did I receive word from DTopp, my order remained "active" but that's it. I spent a month trying to get my refund. Multiple requests on their website, attempts to contact them online didn't work so I called their 866 number from this page.
When I called, I was given two options: 1 for sales, 2 for existing clients
I pressed 2, and got two options which both resulted in pre-recorded messages telling me to go to the website.
I pressed 1 and got an actual sales rep on the phone. I put him on the spot and the best he could do was put in a ticket. I have an email from them saying my request was received and I need to allow 5-7 business days for processing.
I'll believe it when I see it, but I'm not going away. So for their sake I hope a check is in the mail.

I too have tried for months to receive a refund for issues "guaranteed" to be managed by DTOPP, several months later, not only are they still "active" accounts, nothing has been done. I have requested my GUARANTEED refund many times via every channel I can think of. EVERY REQUEST HAS GONE IGNORED.
The owner of the company has responded with corrections about everything but the actual complaint and I am here to confirm that complain is legit, that the company will NOT refund any money and if you search the web, you will find many others who have also tried, in vain, to get the "guaranteed" refund that is promise3d on their website.

This was a difficult Ripoff Report to read as you used the word "ripoff" and "scam" 56 times each while switching from uppercase to lowercase randomly throughout the post.
As stated on the website, we have a 94% success rate in deleting Google reviews. This means 6% of the time, we are unable to have a review deleted. This is basic math you should have learned in elementary school.
You mention you "started digging around" and found out Mr. Topping had been arrested in the past. "Felon" is clearly stated on his Twitter (https://twitter.com/davidatopping/) and on our website (https://dtopp.com/company-news/how-dtopp-got-started/) so it appears you can cross "detective" off your list of possible careers.
On our review page (https://dtopp.com/reviews/) it clearly states "video testimonials are reenactments of real written reviews from our clients". The ability to read is a valuable skill that will get you far in life.
Seeing as we do not have a client with the name "Imma Gonna Take You Down", I can not be of more assistance or pull up any order related to this "complaint".
