Dr. Glenn Hum was my former eye doctor until I became too disabled to work and had to move. It took me six years to save up enough money for new prescription glasses. I went to Dr. George Lam of Medford, OR of Group Eye Care who wrote the wrong prescription (moving things along too fast. Careless). I sent that prescription back to NV for Dr. Hum’s office to fill THREE pair. I even asked about my new prescription comparison yet they ignored my question.
They didn’t bother checking the prescription either because if they had they would have seen the error. I received the glasses I paid $200 for, and couldn’t use them. He also billed my insurance for more $$$. I called back and office desk said they’d work with me, but I’d need the correct prescription. Took me four months to save up another $100 to get a valid prescription.
Finally mailed it off with my glasses only to learn Dr Glenn Hum is a liar. He refused to help me. www.bewaregroupeyecare.com has more details if you are interested.

Dr. Hum had an opportunity to simply order just one functional lense (the other lense was correct) at his cost then I would pay that and cover all shipping expenses. Dr. Hum refused, which has left me in a costly predicament not of my creation. Dr. Hum shame on you for lacking in ethics. As I’ve said you aren’t required to "like” someone in order to demonstrate your ethics. You clearly failed at general human kindness; standing by one’s word rarely happens anymore, yes I know.
