I want to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience at Sachi Salon and Spa. It pains me to share my story, but I believe it's crucial for others to know about the unacceptable treatment I endured at the hands of their hairstylist who destroyed my hair and the complete lack of action taken by the salon's management.
I am not alone in my experience; there have been numerous disturbing reports of unethical treatment of both customers and employees within Sachi Salon and Spa. Many patrons, including myself, have felt mistreated and subjected to verbal abuse by staff members. Some even allege harassment and discrimination. Equally alarming are the allegations of staff mistreatment within the salon, including abysmal working conditions and reports of wage theft and other unethical compensation practices.
Transparency is another glaring issue within Sachi Salon and Spa. Customers like me have been deceived about the products used on our hair. We were promised high-end products but were, in reality, given cheap, low-quality alternatives. Furthermore, the salon's policies and procedures are shrouded in secrecy. Many of us have felt blindsided by the lack of information about what to expect during our salon visits, leaving us with profound disappointment and frustration.
