Ditto has poor and slow customer service. You would think that they would take care of a customer that has spent hundreds with them. They have held up my release for almost a month with these stupid error messages. But, when I try to fix what they want me to fix, the website won't let me. Ditto can't even correct the problem on their end. Now that I'm frustrated and want a refund, this is what I get back from the company:
Hi there, As services have been provided, I'm sorry to say you're no longer eligible for a refund. If you no longer want to distribute with Ditto, please do feel free to cancel your subscription from your end, and that should start taking your releases down from stores. Thank you.
