Design Proficient They constantly delayed the work on our website project, nor did they respond to our complaints/concerns in any reasonable manner. San Francisco California
After paying Design Proficient for web design work and Trademark work ($1,100) neither services were even close to being completed after several months (though they did send us templates). They were completely unprofessional throughout this process.
We are a small business husband and wife team looking for help with a not insignificant investment into a marketing initiative. They took what could have been an easy project and turned into a ten month unpleasant project.
After ten months they still are delaying us and denying our request for refund. They haven’t done any TM work, and they have sent us the initial paperwork once again to start over from the beginning. We have exhausted our patience and the number of efforts to work this out with Design Proficient. As small business owners have been so disappointed with this company and how they’ve treated us. They were happy to take our money, but never interested in actually doing this project.
