On December 10, 2019, I responded to an online offer from Dermatin Skin.  They offered a FREE sample of their product but I paid the postage fee of $4.95.  

I received a jar of the moisturizer shortly afterwards then a small sample of an eye cream.  On December 24, my VISA was charged $89 then there were two more charges on January 5, and 6 for $89 again; the total was approximately $270.  On January 8, I received another jar of the moisturizer.  

When I tried to contact the business by phone, the phone number was not in service.  After looking up the business online, I saw multiple complaints to the BBB.  VISA has stopped payment to the business.

 I ordered the trial moisturizer on March 6, 2020 I did not realize that the small print authorized a recurring order. I was charged $88.63. On March 20 I received another moisturizer and was charged $88.64. I called Dermatin and was told that they would cancel the recurring order. I sent back the moisturizer to the Holiday, FL address. They claim that they did not receive the product. I have received another shipment on 05/06 and charged $89.18.

I have the moisture ready to send back. I called my bank to stop charging my account. They said they would. Received another moisturizer and was charged $89.18. I still have that one. On 6/22 I was charged $89.18 but have not received this order I called Dermatin, spoke to someone named Brock Laman. He informed me that I was still receiving ( Eye Serum) which I did not order and have not ever received.

I asked him to give the companies e-mail as well as the address to return the two jars of moisturizer back for a credit. I also told him that they charged my account for a June shipment. He told me that he just does billing. He did not give me the email nor the address to ship back the merchandise. Then he hung up on me. I am working with my bank to get this straightened out. This company is a scam.
