As a conscientious consumer, I entered into an agreement with90 day credit experts with the explicit objective of having a specific item removed from my credit report. However, I am deeply disappointed to report that despite the assurances made by your company, the targeted item was not successfully removed. Furthermore, 90 day CE failed to meet their guarantee of raising my credit score by 100 points across all three major credit bureaus, as explicitly outlined in our agreement.

 

Compounding my concerns is the refusal by 90 day Credit Repair Experts to honor my request for contract cancellation or a refund of the monies paid, in light of their inability to meet the agreed-upon objectives. This lack of responsiveness and failure to address the situation in a satisfactory manner has only served to exacerbate the issues at hand.

 

Adding to the frustration, I have recently received unsolicited emails from90days CE promoting discounted pricing for their services. This is particularly troubling, as I discovered that a loan associated with a service called "Denefits" has been added to my credit profile without my consent or authorization. These actions are not only highly unprofessional but also further contribute to the overall lack of trust and credibility I have experienced with90 Day CE

 

In light of these circumstances, I feel compelled to take legal action in order to protect my rights and seek appropriate recourse for the damages and distress I have endured. My attorney is currently preparing to initiate a lawsuit against 90 DAY CE. We are also actively seeking other individuals who may have experienced similar issues with your company, as we believe a consolidated legal effort may be warranted.

 

I implore 90 Day CE to carefully consider the gravity of this situation. It is my sincere hope that, instead of resorting to legal proceedings, we can find a mutually agreeable resolution to address the grievances I have raised. In order to achieve this, I suggest the following options:

 

Full reimbursement of the fees paid to90 Day CE for services that were not effectively rendered, in accordance with our contractual agreement.

 

Prompt termination of the existing contract, absolving both parties of any further financial obligations or penalties.
