These people are running a scam to defraud elderly and handicapped people out of their life savings. They keep making promises that they will lend you a large sum of money if you just pay one small fee. But then they keep asking for more and more.
They us gift cards, paypal, and bit coin to get you to pay just a little bit more. Then when you refuse they threaten you. They claim to work for citizens business bank and/or anahuac national bank.

Citizens Business Bank confirms that the two individuals who are named in this Ripoff Report and who are alleged to be claiming to work for Citizens Business Bank do not have any actual or known affiliation with Citizens Business Bank now or in the past.
Citizens Business Bank is a publicly traded company that has been in business for forty years providing traditional banking services to our customers and prospects. The Bank does not engage in these types of activities. This appears to be an unfortunate scam using our reputable name.
If you believe that you have been victimized by a scam where our Bank’s name (or any other bank’s name) has been falsely invoked or utilized, we would advise you to please contact your local law enforcement jurisdiction to file a report of fraud as soon as possible.
