Dave from 5 Star Carpet Cleaning In connection with Real Estate Gladiators in scamming tenants Auburn Washington

In January 2022 I moved into an condo that I had a proxy look at while I was on video. Immediately after moving in I noticed the carpet had some really dark stains and I also noticed the carpet did not have any fresh lines as it had been cleaned. I immediately sent an email to the property management company and was told the carpets had been cleaned.
A week or so later after emailing the owner I receive an email from Real estate gladiators with a cc to Dave to contact me, a week went by and I heard nothing and then I received a text from Dave a copy will be admitted for the full conversation. I waited for Dave to come for the scheduled appointment 1:30 came and went 2:40 I called then text and as you can see his level of professionalism comes through, I never heard from Dave until I got the invoice he Supposably sent to Real Estate Gladiators, which As you can see from my exit out, the carpet didn’t need to be cleaned.
This is a man who is ok with these ladies lieing on him, I don’t know him personally, I just know what I experienced and as a combat veteran this is like stabbing me in my face and smiling while I bleed out, telling me Thank you for your service. Appalling. They need to be exposed for the foul professionals they are.
