Complaint Review: (((8/9/2019 - REDACTED – VIOLATION OF TERMS OF SERVICE – CONTENT))) - NYC Battery Park City

Editor’s Note:  We thank our users for considering Ripoff Report as a source for information and providing warnings to the general public.  That being said, sometimes, certain situations are brought to our attention and Ripoff Report, where resources allow, will decide to conduct a review of the situation.  Upon review of this particular matter it was discovered that the author filed this report that violated our current Terms of Service therefore we made redactions based on that violation. 2. Ripoff Report does not condone harassment and bullying.  Making up or embellishing stories in effort to harm another is wrong!
3. Copying and pasting someone else’s story and trying to pass it off as your own is wrong!  Write your own accurate and true account of your own personal experience.

Women should be aware. 

In May 2015, (((REDACTED))) requested a date. 

At the date it was discussed that i was a virgin, and that i'd never dated anyone before him and he was also my first date. 

He took me to his apartment after asking me if I wanted to see his dog, and proceeded to then say he was going ot kiss me. He did it anyways. 

A few days/ week later, he asked if I wanted to come over ot study, claiming he would help study for an upcomming professional exam. 

It was a trap. 

He never helped to study, instead he stayed in his room while I waited in the living room (His dgrees have a different name: (((REDACTED))) 

After about 40 minutes later, he wrapped up his legal work and came out and said he was tierd and wanted to take a nap. 

At this point I was afraid and because I didn't know him, I didn't know if he would be violent if i ran out. 

I lay next to hi, he then got up and pulled down his pants and said "I'm just going to rub my (((REDACTED)))"

I was shocked and confused, with no idea what to do, and i honestly thought he would rape me, so instead i siad just do it. I lost my virginity this way. 

My view is that he took advatage, i felt violated and a lot happened after this. He didn't respect my boundaries and proceeded despite me telling him that i was a virgin. There should have been a conversation. After this he constantly contacted me and I did see him about 6-8 times more after this. and he made empty promises and painted a future together. I think he did this to prtoect himself. He never had any interst in a relationship but if he never contacted me again after that or claimed we had a future, then he knew he would be in trouble, so he continued a sherade for a very long time at my expense. 

Women should be aware of this incident and tread carefully. My intention is solely to share this expirience so no other woman is scarred the way I am now. it was a very damaging expirience.
