CRYPTO.COM Will not let me withdraw
First, I wanted to transfer bitcoin to an external wallet, but I am not receiving code to phone to do so. They have no phone support, so it is back and forth emails for three weeks. I had to send pictures of me holding a piece of paper with name, date, code they give me.
So I tried to get my money out via bank, but the withdrawal box will not let me enter the amount I want to send to bank. Now they want a video of what I am doing.
Today, in trying to enter the app ( it is app only ), my sign in code was rejected and I was locked out. Once again I have to send pictures. I say pictures, as the first ones are rejected.
So now and after reading the reports here, I come to the realization that crypto.com is a scam. They easily take your money, but will not return it to you.
