I have been a customer for 20 years and moved 3 months ago to a new home and I have had nothing but problems with both my TV and internet. I have had 8 technicians to my home and spent countless hours on the phone trying to get them to fix their problems.
They charged me every month premium prices and like a dummy I paid every month. They have a monopoly so they can just step all over you. They are rude, they interrupt you and talk over you will not fix the problems (especially Shawn a cox employee # 96733) Las Vegas and other communities need to stand up and stop monopolies because they can rip you off without consequence.
