October 19 I spoke with Steven Galle (Steve Gal) Galle.LED about a custom mask that was to be produced for a ball that I have in Orlando. We entered into an agreement about an LED mask that was supposed to be to me by the 24th of October or before.

After agreeing to what I wanted he then took a 200.00  deposit and again assured me I would have my product. He then sent me photos and videos of the product on Instagram where he showed me progress then completion. He asked me for another 200.00 which was agreed upon. I sent him the second transaction of 200.00 and it was supposed to be shipped. I did not hear from him for a couple of days so on Tuesday the 22nd, I sent a couple of messages as I felt something was not right. At 3:38 pm on the 22nd, I was told we were good for the 24th and it was shipped. (That is what "We're good for the 24th means).

I asked for tracking information, also a couple of questions about the mask. Basically asking if the battery was built in, or if there was a cable and what the app did that controlled the lights. My message was ignored. I sent a few more because I was under the impression that maybe he just went black on me and vanished. I kept seeing the messages read but were ignored. 

I asked folks on his Instagram if they could please tell me if this had happened before as he had my funds but I never heard from him. Asked how I could get in touch. All I asked was to have my mask, now he refuses to send to me. 

In his message (the only response I had since asking for tracking information) he sais

(From Steve Galle) "I was about to ship the mask but found another buyer. You are not a very pleasant person and I don't want you representing my products. Your money has been refunded. Best of luck to you"

Are you kidding? I never was unpleasant, I paid when I was supposed to, all I did was ask for tracking information and he misled me. He never sent like was promised. What was I supposed to do? Not ask people how to get in touch with him to get my product? 

He had no intention of ever sending me my mask it seems. Now I have to cancel my event unless he as a "business person" and as a "professional" do what he agreed to in the beginning. I have been nothing but cordial during this whole time. I was patient when his machine broke and he wants to make me look like the bad person? I have all of the screenshots etc as well. I just would like my mask.

You are an entitled child. You never owned up your time frames which everyone can see in the photographs. You made promises you could not keep then blamed it on other people when it was YOU that was incompetent.

Quit while you think you're ahead. You should have sent what you promised in the time frame you promised. Nothing more, nothing less.

I received several messages from his business partner expressing apologies for how he treats people. As you can see from his response, he likes to misconstrue things. 

If he had provided what he stated he would in a timely fashion vs. lying about it, he would not have received messages. Considering he had my funds and lied about the time it would be completed (over and over and over and over again) of course I am going to continue to message. Anyone would. 

Glad you reminded me about this, I have some other places I need to send this to.

I design incredibly unique wearable LED products, including masks, backpacks, clothing, and other accessories.

I started doing this for fun a couple years ago, but then people starting asking me to make things for them. In the summer of 2019, I began designing products with the intention of selling them, and when October came around, I ran my first instagram ad for halloween masks. An order came in. And then another. And another.

It was two weeks before halloween and I had 10 open orders for masks. I eventually began declining order requests. In hindsight I should have done that sooner, as these masks are very time consuming, and there simply wasn't enough time in the day to work my day job/eat/sleep/shower and make these 10 masks in time for halloween.

I had to make a decision, someone wasn't getting their mask in time for the holiday, and that person happened to be you. From the beginning, our interaction was a little odd, particularly when you thought it was necessary to tell me that you are the "dom" in your bdsm relationship with your partner. Not a deal breaker, but it shows a lack of social awareness on your part.

In the following weeks you managed to rub me the wrong way with constant pestering and negative attitude. I decided that you are not the type of person that I want representing my brand, so your mask went to the much kinder person that ordered after you, and you received a full refund immediately.

If you remove this post, and give me a sincere apology, I will consider making another mask for you. Otherwise, I hope this has been a lesson to you, and anyone else reading this, if you want something from an artist, don't be annoying.
