Corecovers.com Spa cover purchased through dealer Pomin’s Spa Service. 2911 Lake Forest Rd. Tahoe City 96145 Improper stitching of spa cover.
after three uses of the spa cover it ripped. Pomin's was immediately contacted and they contacted corecovers.com. Corecovers response was that it was due to improper use. I have own spas for 30 years and purchased many covers and know how to properly use a spa cover. Neither Pomin's nor corecovers would come and take a look at it. Pics were sent to both.
